I'm usually extremely reserved when it comes to reviews, and it takes a lot for me to leave one, but at this point, I feel like I have to give credit where credit is due. It was to my understanding that at the time, I was only the second appliance repair company to sign on. In knowing this, I was extremely hesitant at first because of my worries with their lack of experience in an extremely demanding and urgent industry. That mixed with the potential high call volume they already had with other industries, I felt there was no way they'd survive my company. Nonetheless, I decided to give them a shot anyway.The first year was exceptional, although I'm hard to please. I do have to say that they surpassed my expectations. When my beloved like you, I like you. It's as simple as that. I've received constant feedback about their (My Office Help) professionalism and appreciation for someone simply just answering the phone! But with me being Oscar the grouch, I've always felt there was room for improvement in certain areas.By year 2, things were flowing pretty well, but I decided to walk away for 2 months because as my business began to flourish, (which I can now say was because of the consistency of Myoffice Help,) I left for mainly for selfish reasons as I was looking for more of a personal approach. I needed more focus on my business and my business only, or at least make me feel like I was the only one. The young lady I temporarily hired was great, but then I thought to myself that if she called out or quit, I was going to be screwed. At least at my office help they have multiple csr's (customer service reps) for backup that can answer my calls in any situation. I decided to come back, but only under one condition, only if offered more help with ordering parts, follow-ups, more phone time between me and the ONE rep only for more detailed situations, and just simply the things an office staff will typically handle. I needed someone who could get to know me, how I think, and what needs to be done without me holding their hand every 2 seconds. To my surprise, they did have a package that offers a dedicated rep, and it is being UNBELIEVABLE experience thus far. I can think clearly now. The bonus is that things I've mentioned to my rep and forgot about, she would randomly mention it towards the end of the day and I'm like you just saved me from an upset customer because that totally slipped my mind. I just can't do 10 things at one while actively repairing machines, but my rep can!Now that I'm approaching year 4, just to kind of recap and add to this a little, it is clear that My Office Help has allowed me the freedom to serve my local community with quality appliance repairs without the extra expense of hiring in-house. Their expert team let's me do what I love in the field without worrying about my back office. I can't recommend them enough, and I already have done so with multiple companies that I have a good rapport with. Now, it sounds like they have multiple companies like mine under their belt. I'd just like to think that I helped to set the expectations of every appliance repair company that cares about their business in particular from me setting the bar so high (*cough cough* lol,) But seriously, the team at My Office Help most certainly exceeded that!

We own a plumbing company in Houston, Texas. My Office Help has been our call center for 2 years! We were a bit nervous when we signed up, but if it doesn’t scare you, it doesn’t grow you! Since then they have become 100% an extension of our team! Our phones are answered timely with complete customer service. My Office Help schedules our residential calls and our emergency calls. We never have to worry about having a office employee call in sick leaving the phones to us… we have an entire My Office Team that has our back, knows our business and handles our customers just like we would. My only regret is that we didn’t find them sooner! We wouldn’t be where we are today if it wasn’t for their professionalism and help!
